Popular culture has long enjoyed love affairs with rum and pirates. These affairs, however, have been unduly sporadic and shallow - rum is frequently reduced to a mere ingredient of piņa coladas, while pirates are limited to plastic eye patches and children's birthday parties. At Bilgemunky Enterprises, we believe that rum and pirates are each the sources of vast, untapped potential. Rum is in fact a spirit of rich complexity. It carries with it an exciting history and a culture of intrigue and mystery. Piracy, in turn, represents the core of American independence, entrepreneurism, and perseverance. Its legend has served to fuel film and literature, music and fashion - but its true evolution from novelty to icon is still forthcoming.

Bilgemunky Enterprises' mission is to explore new and exciting ways of driving rum and piracy towards the business and entertainment interests of our clients. This may be as straight-forward as organizing a high-end rum tasting for you and your associates, or assembling and managing a crew of historical pirates to educate attendees at a cultural festival. At other times our services may be more complex, such as assisting a rum distillery in marketing their product, or the development of topical multi-media presentations for conferences and seminars.

Rum and pirates can be approachable or exclusive, exuberant or classy. The exploration of either can serve as prisms through which countless private or business goals can be achieved; their usage limited only by creativity and determination.
